Jason Butler Harner, born October 9, 1970 in Elmira, New York, USA, is an actor. He plays Lewis in the HBO series The Newsroom. He guest stars in the first season episode "We Just Decided To". He is known for The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, Next, Changeling and Kill the Irishman. He also had a starring role in Alcatraz as Deputy Warden E.B. Tiller.
