Francine Maisler, is an American Casting Director. She handled casting for the first season of The Newsroom. She worked alone for the series pilot "We Just Decided To" and was credited alongside Nancy Perkins for the rest of the first season.
Maisler also worked with The Newsroom creator Aaron Sorkin on casting his earlier series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and his film Moneyball. She is known for her work in film including The Usual Suspects, The Fifth Element, Spider-Man and Into the Wild.
