Cinque Henderson is an American journalist and screenwriter. He is a Staff Writer for the first season of The Newsroom. He also worked with The Newsroom creator Aaron Sorkin on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. He was also a Staff Writer on that series. He has also written for E-Ring.

Career[]
He joined the crew of Studio 60 for "The Cold Open" when the series was picked up for a full season in 2006. He co-wrote the story for the episode "Nevada Day: Part 2" with fellow Staff Writer David Handelman. Handelman and Henderson are working together again on The Newsroom. The teleplay for the episode was written by Studio 60 creator Aaron Sorkin. He co-wrote the story for the episode "The Christmas Show" with fellow Staff Writer Christina Kiang Booth. The teleplay for the episode was again written by Sorkin. He has also worked on E-Ring.
Sorkin also hired him as a Staff Writer for his next series The Newsroom. He did not work on the series pilot and joined the crew when the first season was ordered. He debuted with the second episode "News Night 2.0". He shares the Staff Writer role with Gideon Yago, Brendan Fehily, and Amy Rice.
